What ₹5,999 buys you
One of our expert field engineers spends three to four hours in your property, works through more than 200 checkpoints, photographs every defect and rates it by severity. You get the report within 24 hours — written so you can forward it straight to your builder.
200+ checkpoints
Structure, dampness, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, doors, windows, flooring, tiling, kitchen and the common areas serving your unit.
Thermal imaging included
Seepage and hidden moisture behind plaster show up on a thermal camera long before they stain a wall. Most firms charge ₹4,000–₹6,000 extra for this.
Photographic evidence
Every defect photographed where we found it, with the wall and quadrant recorded, so there is no argument about what was seen or where.
RERA-ready report
Where the defects warrant it, a Section 14(3) rectification notice addressed to your builder — who is liable for structural defects for five years.

Questions people ask before booking
How much does a home inspection cost in Bangalore?
From ₹5,999 for an apartment up to 800 sq ft, with thermal imaging included. Larger homes and villas are priced by area. Most Bangalore firms charge ₹8,000–₹20,000 and bill thermal imaging as a ₹4,000–₹6,000 add-on.
Do I have to pay when I book?
No. Booking costs nothing and takes about two minutes. Our team calls you within 2 hours to confirm a slot, and payment is settled around the inspection itself.
How soon can you inspect, and when do I get the report?
Most inspections are scheduled within 48 hours of booking, and for a handover deadline we will try same-day. The full photographic report reaches you within 24 hours of the visit.
Do I need to be at the property during the inspection?
No. Our engineer can collect keys from the builder or your caretaker and send the report when it is done. If you are abroad or simply cannot attend, you can join live over a video call instead.
What does the inspection actually cover?
Over 200 checkpoints across structure, dampness, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, doors and windows, flooring and tiling, kitchen, and the common areas serving your unit. Every defect is photographed and rated by severity.
Can the report be used to make the builder fix the defects?
Yes — that is what it is for. The report is written to be forwarded, and where the defects warrant it we generate a RERA Section 14(3) rectification notice addressed to your builder. Under that section a builder is liable for structural defects for five years from possession.
Which parts of Bangalore do you cover?
All of it — 38 localities across the north, south, east, west and centre, from Whitefield and Sarjapur Road to Hebbal, Yelahanka, Electronic City and the older central layouts.
